Summer Retreats

August 28, 2023 to August 30, 2023 Summer Retreat @ TC

We held a Summer Retreat at Teachers College to prepare for fall implementation. The VEM team introduced Finch in grade based groups and supported initial hands on exploration. Dr. Erica N. Walker and Dr. Meredith Smart guided culturally relevant pedagogy evaluations of selected activities. Teachers then aligned activities to the fall schedule and revised key lessons based on the evaluation feedback.
